Butcherland Lamb Roasts offer lamb traditionally cooked on the spit beside a wood fire. When cooked it is then placed on a stainless steel tray for carving Our chefs can prepare the lamb roast in a kitchen or in front of your guests. We also supply chaffing dishes to keep the lamb hot before it is served. Perfect for evening guests and outdoor weddings
Butcherland Lamb Roasts can offer scrumptious catering for:
Weddings, Christenings, Anniversary’s, Birthdays & Moroccan parties.

Catering for 25 people with a small single lamb or up to two large lambs for about 150 people. Or more by special arrangement.
Working together with local caterers we have produced simple lunches with our lamb complimenting soft bread rolls, rice dishes and salads.
A full sit down hot meal with roast or new potatoes, green beans and ratatouille.
Also a more exotic Moroccan theme with rice, couscous, curried vegetables, flat breads and dressings.
Over 25 years experience.
From 2016 we are offering spit roast lamb to wedding locations where on site cooking is not possible within a 15 to 20 mile radius of our home. We will cook the lamb at our Farm, carve the meat and then deliver it in a stainless steel chafing dish already for your guests to enjoy! Perfect for evening wedding catering.
We can vary the weight of the lambs when we are ordering from a small 15Kg lamb to a large 25Kg lamb which allows us to offer the following options.
A single lamb roast for 30 to 75 guests.
A double lamb roast for 75 to 150 guests.
A triple lamb roast for 150 to 225 guests *
*But this can only be done for an evening event due to the length of cooking time required for three lambs.
We also work very closely with a number of other Catering companies in different counties to be able to offer a selection of other dishes to accompany our roast lamb, so if you are looking to have canapés and drinks to begin with, and would like green leaf salads, couscous, coleslaw, mixed bean salad, baby tomatoes, soft white rolls etc, to go with our lamb we can recommend some very good companies for this.
