Hookhouse Farm is a family run working farm tucked away in a beautiful rural village in Surrey called Outwood, famous for it’s working Windmill.

The Barn

Our 17th Century threshing barn with it’s exposed oak beams, has changed very little from it’s original state, offering you a beautiful and most unusual setting for your wedding reception with many opportunities for photographs.

The barn is exclusively yours to decorate, a blank canvas for you to be as creative and bespoke as you wish. Tables and chairs for 90 guests, static toilets in the granary and use of the farmhouse front garden for blessings, welcome drinks, games and relaxing during the day and evening are all included in the price.
