The Magic Hour
An hour of my time to use as you want. Creating lists, sorting out your RSVPs from guests, admin tasks such as filling favour boxes – whatever you want. This is a flexible hour to use where you think you need some help and magic!

Supplier Sourcing
Don’t know where to start looking for your suppliers, Perfect Day works with only the best suppliers. So if you are looking for ideas for favours, stationery, chair covers or venue decoration, we can find you the right one, or either a number of suppliers. We just find out what you have in mind beforehand, and the do the leg work for you. We base our charges on 10% of the overall cost of the chosen supplier, but we anticipate that we save you this in our negotiated discounts.

Venue Sourcing
If you have absolutely no idea of what you want, and don’t have the time to start off your quest in finding that perfect venue, then Perfect Day does the work for you. We find out what your requirements are using our checklist and then source three to four of the best venues that match your wishes for you to visit.

The Final Stages
If you don’t want help in planning the whole wedding, then we can help with the last minute stages that need to be done in planning a wedding. If you need help in managing the RSVPs of your guest list, contacting suppliers to ensure they know what is expected of them on the day, or sourcing activity packs for children, then we can help.

Nearly There
You are nearly there and just want to make sure that you have covered everything in planning the day. This day gives you two hours in your home to check everything over. We’ll go through those checklists and make sure everything has been covered. As before you will get a summary of what we discussed, and a To Do List.

Relax and enjoy the day
You’ve planned a fantastic wedding – why not let us take the stress out of your wedding by managing your wedding day for you. Perfect Day meet with you beforehand to understand what needs to be done and when, according to your agreed timelines, and then ensure that we are the point of contact on the day with your suppliers. We will ensure that the day runs to your wishes, manage timings, set-up of the venue and anything else you can think of to ensure that everyone can enjoy themselves. Perfect Day do not charge a percentage of your budget for this. Generally, with the work involved beforehand and being there on the day, costs start from £350.

The Complete Package
We will help plan your wedding right from the start- beginning with deciding on what type of wedding you would like, sourcing your venues and suppliers, and then tying the whole lot together to make sure that you day is exactly the way you want it to be. We are there for you to take the hard work out of planning the wedding, and leaving you with all the fun, magic and memories.
We work with you to create a package and proposal that is unique to you. You can decide on what you feel you can and would like to manage yourselves, and we can do the rest. You are able to dip in and out of our services as you wish.
